Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca

Upon arrival at Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca, you will be greeted by your driver and taken to your hotel in Casablanca. If you have already arrived in Casablanca a few days earlier, we will pick you up from your hotel to start the tour. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 2: Casablanca - Rabat - Chefchaouen

In the morning, we will visit the Hassan II Mosque, the largest mosque in Casablanca. We then travel to Rabat, the capital of Morocco, to visit the Bab Challah, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, one of the main gates of the Royal Palace, and the Oudaya Kasbah. After lunch at a local restaurant, we drive to the "Blue City" of Chefchaouen. You will have time to explore the blue alleys of the medina, take pictures, and enjoy local food. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 3: Chefchaouen - The Roman Ruins of Volubilis - Meknes - Fes

After breakfast, enjoy wandering through the beautiful alleyways of Chefchaouen. We then drive to the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, a well-preserved UNESCO World Heritage site with beautiful mosaics, ancient pillars, and archways. Next, we visit Meknes, another imperial city, where we explore Bab Al-Mansour, Sahrij Souani Basin, the Royal Stables, the Granary, and the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. Finally, we head to Fes. Overnight in a Riad.

Day 4: Guided Tour of Fes

Today is dedicated to exploring the highlights of Fes with a local guide. We start with the Royal Palace gate, then visit the well-preserved medieval medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Discover the Blue Gate (Bab Boujloud), the Medrasa Bouanania, the Najjarine Fountain, the Tanneries, and the Quaraouin Mosque and University, the oldest university in the world. We then visit the Jewish quarter (the Mellah) and an ancient fortress for a panoramic view of Fes. Overnight in a Riad.

Day 5: Fes - Ifrane - Midelt - Merzouga

After breakfast, we travel towards Merzouga via Midelt and the Ziz Valley. We pass through Ifrane, known as the "Switzerland of Morocco," and the cedar forest in the Middle Atlas Mountains, home to Barbary apes. Continuing through the Tiz Ntalghamt Pass and Ziz Gorge, we reach the province of Errachidia. We then follow the Ziz Valley to Erfoud and Rissani before arriving in Merzouga. Here, we take a camel ride into the Sahara Desert to reach our camp. For those preferring not to ride camels, a 4WD option is available. Overnight in Desert Camp.

Day 6: Merzouga - Todra Gorges - Dades Valley

Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the Erg Chebbi dunes. After breakfast in the camp, return to Merzouga with your driver. We then travel to Todra Gorges, the highest and narrowest gorges in Morocco. After lunch in the gorge, we continue through the Dades Valley, famous for its sand castles and rock formations known as "monkey toes." Overnight in a Guest House.

Day 7: Dades Valley - Ouarzazate - Ait Benhaddou - Marrakech

After breakfast, we travel through the Dades Valley towards Ouarzazate and then to Marrakech. We stop at Kalaat M'Gouna, the center of the Rose Valley, to visit a cooperative for rose products. Continuing to Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site, we explore this historic kasbah. We then cross the Tizi n'Tichka Pass in the High Atlas Mountains, with a stop to learn about the production of Argan oil. Overnight in a Riad in Marrakech.

Day 8: Guided Tour of Marrakech

After breakfast, explore Marrakech with a guide, visiting the Majorelle Gardens, the Koutoubia Tower, the Saadian Tombs, and the Bahia Palace. After lunch near the square, walk through the souks and discover hundreds of handicrafts. Enjoy free time in the afternoon to explore the city on your own. Overnight in a Riad in Marrakech.

Day 9: Departure from Marrakech or Casablanca

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure flight. If your flight is from Casablanca, we will transfer you there. Alternatively, you can be dropped off at your hotel in Casablanca if you are staying longer.
